Yes you heard right, time for the annual Louisiana Crawfish Boil Champoinship, held by Immaculate Conception School in Marrero. The winner gets bragging rights to the Louisiana Crawfish Boil Champ title!

Louisiana Festivals 2011
Spring is here, Mardi Gras is over, and that means it’s time for the rest of Louisiana’s Festivals for 2011. I was just reading the Gambit’s 2011 Guide to Louisiana Fairs & Festivals, and definitely think we will be going to Jazz Fest and the Freret Street Festival . I also want to check out the Ponchatoula Strawberry Festival!
